Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The OmniEye Installation Competition Giveaway is open to legal residents of New Zealand who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and affiliates of OmniEye and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the giveaway.

2. Entry Period: The giveaway begins at 12:01 a.m. New Zealand Standard Time on Wednesday the 29th of March and ends at 11:59 p.m. New Zealand Standard Time on Wednesday the 31st of May.

3. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:

   • Arrange a time for OmniEye to visit your Dairy farm and validate that it is suitable for a Locomotion system installation.

   • Purchase a system during the competition Entry Period (see above).

4. Prize: The prize for this giveaway is for refund of the purchase price of an OmniEye installation package, which includes the installation and setup of an OmniEye livestock monitoring system on the winner's farm. The prize has an approximate retail value of $8,000. The prize is non-transferable.

5. Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be notified by email and/or direct message on social media within 7 days of the end of the entry period. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.

6. Prize Delivery: Refund of the purchase price of the OmniEye installation package will be delivered within 30 days of winner notification.

7. Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow OmniEye to use their name, likeness, and any photos or videos taken during the prize delivery and installation for promotional purposes without compensation.

8. Liability: OmniEye is not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur as a result of the installation or use of the OmniEye system. The winner assumes all risk and liability associated with the prize.

9. Privacy: All personal information collected from participants will be used only for the purposes of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

10. Governing Law: This giveaway is subject to the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
